Change to the Terms of Use
Takes effect on 1 December 2026
What is changing
- Section 9: The AI pre-screening is now described. Public reviews of places and products, comments, product questions and answers, as well as public requests for recommendations and the replies to them are additionally pre-screened by an AI service (Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service) after they are published or edited, for possible violations such as spam, unlawful advertising, hate speech or harassment. Only the text is transmitted, without any details of your account.
- Section 9: The AI service does not remove or block anything. It passes anything conspicuous to our team, and a human being reviews and decides on every case.
- The pre-screening has been running since 15 September 2026 and has been described in the Privacy Policy since then; what is new is that the Terms of Use describe it as well.
If you do not object before 1 December 2026 and continue using the platform, the changes are deemed accepted from that day. If you object, either side may end the user agreement.
